URGENT: Explosive Gas Detectors

New law effective January 1, 2022 in the State of Maine.

Homeowners, rental and commercial properties, and other housing, will be required to have at least one explosive gas detector in every room containing an appliance fueled by propane, natural gas, or liquified petroleum gas. Approved detectors can be battery-operated, plug-in, or hardwired. You can review the legislation below.
